Harbor Contracting is a family-owned small business in the Pinellas County area, built from the ground up by Anthony Cerullo, a 4th generation Contractor who started Harbor Contracting in early 2018. Anthony has his Builders and Underground Utilities licenses. Harbor Contracting specializes in municipalities, commercial, and residential projects in the Central Florida region.
